EU Doc Services S.L. ("we", "us") processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish LOPDGDD.
1. Data we collect
Identity data, contact data, copies of identification documents, and case-specific information you submit through our application forms.
2. Lawful basis
We process data on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations applicable to regulated legal services.
3. Retention
Case files are retained for 10 years after closure as required by Spanish and Italian professional regulations.
4. Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection rights at dpo@eudocservices.com.
5. International transfers
Data is stored within the EU. Sub-processors outside the EU are bound by Standard Contractual Clauses.
