We provide documentation assistance and licensed legal representation in Spain and Italy. Outcomes depend on government decisions and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Fees
All fees are stated on the relevant service page and are due upon acceptance of the engagement letter. Government fees are billed at cost.
3. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Madrid.
